Terms and conditions

This document constitutes an official proposal (public offer) by Individual Entrepreneur Aliev Said (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and sets forth all essential terms regarding the sale of goods on the website www.thisisatoothbrush.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
Upon acceptance of the terms set forth below and payment for the goods, the individual or legal entity accepting this offer becomes the "Buyer."

1. Terms and Definitions
Offer — this document, published on the Internet at: www.thisisatoothbrush.com/terms.
Acceptance of the Offer — full and unconditional acceptance of the offer terms by performing actions to pay for an order or place an order for a service on the Site.
Goods — dental miswak sticks, miswak sets, and other goods offered for sale on the Site.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the current price list and description on the Site, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them.
2.2. The terms, timeframes, and cost of delivery are specified on the relevant pages of the Site.

3. Payment Procedure
3.1. Payment is made by the Buyer via 100% prepayment using the electronic payment systems integrated into the Site.
3.2. The agreement is deemed concluded from the moment funds are received in the Seller's bank account.

4. Return and Exchange of Goods
4.1. Refunds are processed based on a written request from the Buyer sent to the Seller's email address: hello@zahra.su, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse Goods of satisfactory quality at any time prior to their delivery, and within seven days after delivery.
4.3. Refunds shall be processed within seven days of the Seller’s receipt of the Goods.
4.4. Goods of satisfactory quality may be returned provided that their marketable condition and consumer properties are preserved, and the document confirming the purchase is retained. The Buyer shall bear the cost of return shipping for Goods of satisfactory quality.
4.5. Personal hygiene products of satisfactory quality (e.g., toothbrushes, toothbrush cases, miswak, toothpaste) are not eligible for exchange or return.
4.6. In the event that defects (faults) are discovered in the Goods, the Buyer has the right to an exchange, a proportionate price reduction, or a refund of the amount paid.

5. Liability of the Parties
5.1. The Parties shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance of the terms of the agreement.
5.2. The Seller shall not be liable for Site malfunctions caused by third parties (hosting providers, internet service providers).
5.3. The Seller shall not be liable for damage caused to the Buyer as a result of improper use of Goods purchased on the Site.
5.4. The Seller shall be exempt from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations under this agreement if such non-performance results from force majeure circumstances: floods, fires, earthquakes, and other natural phenomena; military actions, counter-terrorism operations, civil unrest; strikes; acts, decisions, or prohibitions by government authorities; disruptions in the operation of backbone telecommunications and Internet networks.

6. Other Terms
6.1. By submitting their data on the Website, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data.
6.2. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of the offer by publishing a new version on the Website.
