シワコトレザテル*を使って、ミスワクの皮に円形の切り込みを入れます。

シワクを正しく使うには？

歯の上で円を描くように動かします。その際、歯茎には触れないようにしてください。

重要な注意点！歯ブラシを歯に強く押し当てすぎないでください。エナメル質が削れてしまい、不快な痛みが生じる原因となります。歯に押し当てる力を弱めましょう。軽い力で動かすだけで十分です。

歯ブラシを動かす際は、歯を一本一本、隙間まで徹底的にきれいにすることを心がけ、同時に歯茎を傷つけないように注意してください。歯に毛先を当てれば、どのような動かし方が適切なのか、その感覚が自然と手に伝わってくるはずです。

歯から歯茎に向かってブラッシングしないでください。歯茎を傷つけ、出血の原因となる恐れがあります。

基本的に、虫歯や口臭の原因となる細菌は、舌の奥に存在しています。

舌のこの部分は、嘔吐反射を引き起こさないよう、慎重にブラッシングする必要があります。使用したオーガニック歯ブラシは、きれいな水ですすいでください。
